Well, after trying to plan a vacation/wedding on our own and it become a failing nightmare, we decided to go through Susan. She listened to what we wanted and arranged for us, the perfect wedding and resort " SANDALS WHITEHOUSE" in Jamaica. The wedding and planning went totally stress free and just like a fairy tale. We would like to add that we are already looking foward to our next trip to Jamaica and still dreaming of the first one. It's still so real in our memory! Thank you!!!

Hi Susan, We had a great trip to Hawaii!

The hotel was fantastic, the condos were all very clean and spacious with gorgeous views of the ocean. The pool was well utilized by all of us and we spent lots of time basking in the sun around it. We were close to Costco and Safeway and while it was a bit pricey, which we were expecting, it as great. We used the hotel BBQ common area frequently.

We did find that the good beaches with nice sand were a good hour drive to the north. We did that a couple days but because there isn’t much around the beaches for food to purchase we stuck by the pool for the rest of the time. If we ever went back I would try to stay at Waikoloa or Mauna Kea but I’m not sure of the condo situation there anyway, just a thought we had. The beaches there are spectacular. You are further from Kona for shopping and that but really we did one big shop and just a couple smaller ones anyway.

The car rental worked out perfectly and our flights were good. No delays or anything, we got super lucky! And we survived the red eye home with the kids. Most of them slept the entire flight so it was good.

We also did the Fairwinds II snorkel trip. It was fantastic, dolphins followed us and were jumping in the wake of the boat, whales breaching for a few minutes on the way to the snorkel destination. And they were extremely accommodating to all levels of swimming. Our kids were on boogie boards with masks built in – they loved it. And for my mom ,who is far sighted, they had a contraption so she could still wear her glasses. I highly recommend it!

We also went to a luau but we slightly disappointed in the food. The entertainment was really good, enjoyed that.

All in all, it was great! Thanks for all your assistance in setting it all up, we greatly appreciate it.

Hello Susan, The honeymoon was fantastic. The Penthouse Suite we stayed in was nice but what made the room unbelievable was the view. We did get offered an upgrade however we declined because the view wasn’t as good as the penthouse view. The helicopter experience was great. Although I never heard from St. Lucia Helicopters after countless attempts to confirm my reservation, they did have a booth at the airport. When I went up to the booth they had our reservation so there were no issues. The ride was smooth and very scenic. I definitely recommend this over the bus. Sandals Regency was nice but it did not compare to the Grande. The Grande was a lot nicer and newer but like you said had a much older crowd. The Regency had a lot more activities suited for couples our age which made us happy that we stayed here rather than the Grande. The romantic dinner on the beach was wonderful and my wife cannot stop talking about the massage she received courteous of your gift certificate. All in all we had a great time and I appreciate everything you did to make sure our experience was unforgettable. Thanks again

We are so thankful to have "met" Susan on FaceBook! Even with a gazillion of miles between us, Susan planned us a wonderful WeddingMoon in Jamaica!! Must admit, we were abit skeptical at the beginning dealing with a travel agent online only, and never meeting face to face. But we can honestly say, we do NOT have any complaints!! Susan's daily emails and frequent phone calls settled our insecurities, she is very professional and is highly recommended in our books!!
We had 10 awesome nights at the Whitehouse in May/June 2008, and we wished we had booked for a longer trip! It was the BEST holiday we have ever taken...not only because we got married there, but because the Jamaicans really treated us like a King & Queen!
Oh ya, not only did Susan get us a good deal (compared to the agents here in town!) but she also got us an upgrade to a concierge room for free even before we arrived! The room was great, and the view was amazing! The food was excellent...and the drinks were yummy! Miss those "Dirty Monkey" drinks!!
The Whitehouse was breathtaking....even with the daily rain showers! We even experienced the tail end of a tropical storm on our actual wedding day! But isn't rain good luck on your wedding day? lol The wedding co-ordinator and her team were top notch, and we got to celebrate it all over again the next day; and taking beautiful outdoor wedding pictures!
Soo many memories to last a life time, and we owe it all to you Susan!
Thank you very much!

Hi Susan,
I just got back from vacation but let me tell you Jeff and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves very much. The resort exceded our expectations, the service and the food was great, we really dont have any complaints, first class and the weather was hot as hell. They really took care of us, especailly in the concierge compound. The bus ride from the airport to the resort was an adventure itself, crazy drivers, but it was good.
It was great, you have been a great help and i seriously think that you gave us a really good deal because we were talking to other couples, and we got more for less than others who didnt even have their flights included, and didnt have concierge service...i love that!!!!
All i can say is thank you. thank you, thank you!!!!
- Jeff & Kayla - Sandals Whitehouse, Jamaica
To say the least, it was our best vacation ever. We were all upgraded to Concierge level in block 800 (no 24 on Sandals Antigua resort map Honeymoon Luxury Concierge Room).

We had the time of our lives, from the weather, the nice people, 7 different and absolutely great gourmet restaurants for dinner, à la carte breakfast and lunch if we choose so, pools and bars unreal, nice beach...... we just did not want to come back home...... :o)

We want to thank you for your great service all the way from the start to the last moment. All in all, it was a marvellous vacation and it was a great pleasure dealing with you. Thanks again for all and we will surely continue to deal with you.

It was a very good trip. I would recommend it to anyone. Huatulco is very nice and it’s very safe in the surrounding towns. The staff works very hard for their money. The only complaints we had were that our phone card was stolen from our room by our maid and sometimes the staff in the buffet restaurant were not that fast bringing us our drinks. I was surprised by the number of locals that stayed at the hotel. You know that it’s a good hotel when the locals and the governor of Huatulco are staying there. The weather is always nice there (except in the rainy season). It rained once while we were there but they had told us it hadn’t rained since October. The Signature tours were very good and our tour guides were awesome. One thing that I really liked was that our mini fridge was re-stocked daily with water, beer and pop at no charge. If someone is looking for a quieter resort where there is not a lot of party people this is the place to go.
- Kim & Jason - Barcelo Huatulco, Huatulco, Mexico
The Dominican was wonderful. We had perfect weather the entire trip! The resort was amazing. The staff were all extremely helpful and the grounds were always kept up amazingly. Service in every aspect of the resort was great! Our room was initially 2 doors away from the construction but we went to the front desk and asked to be moved somewhere more quiet and within an hour they had us moved to a different building. Although we didn't have an ocean view, the building was right by the ocean, which was great! We never had any problems with the food either. The entertainment was always really good as well. The resort is exactly what we were looking for. It definitely didn't have a huge party scene, which fit with exactly with what we wanted. The construction was never bothersome at the resort. You could occassionally faintly hear hammering, but that was the extent, really not bad at all. We found out the resort will be almost double in size once the construction is complete. I'm glad we went now, while it is still relatively small, because we never found it to be crowded and it seemed more personal. We went on 3 excursions, which were all really good. We went to Paradise Island on Wednesday. On Friday we went to the Brugal Rum Factory, the Amber Museum and for a cable car ride up the mountain. On Saturday we went to some small villages and also to a waterfall and we got to swim and climb up the waterfall and then jump and slide down it. This was my favorite excursion. The people in the Dominican were great. Everyone we talked to said they loved Canadians, which was a bonus. Overall, the trip was perfect.

Thanks so much for your help. Both the price and the place were perfect.

We loved St. Lucia. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Yes we did have some issues with the rain, but luckily it didn't spoil any of our plans. In fact, the one day that it rained all day, we had our tour of the rain forest - so I guess it worked out as it should! We managed to travel to The Grande for dinner one night, but afterwards decided that we were happier at the Regency - so we definitely made the right choice. Thanks!

Thank you so much for all your hard work to organize our wedding trip to Mexico. Everything went better than we had planned and I am so glad that you were there to reassure us along the way. Thank you for answering your email right away - your prompt replies were always appreciated. I would recommend a desintation wedding (and your services) to anyone getting married. Thanks again!!

Thanks for the welcome home. It was a great trip but we are glad to be home. Very impressed with your service and would like to thank you for that. We had absolutely no worries. We will be booking our next trip with you.
The Sandals Inn was a quaint hotel. It was quite beautiful and the rooms where fabulous. We did have a lovely balcony and enjoyed it for breakfast one morning.
The staff at the Inn were the friendliest people that we have ever encountered on our travels. They genuinely worked to make your stay the most memorable and enjoyable it could be.
The Bay Side was a very nice restaurant with a daily changing menu. This is something that we love about Sandals. We went to the other resorts to eat and as expected they where wonderful also. Our favourite dish by far is still the Tiramisu at the Cucina Romana. They changed the sauce they serve with it but the Tiramisu itself was the same melt in your mouth, piece of heaven we've come to expect. The best we've had. The food and drinks at Negril were well prepared and the property was beautiful.
When we travel in Jamaica again we will stay at Sandals Grande Ocho Rios. As you know we have stayed there before.
There is little to say about our trip that is not positive. We did however find the street noise to be somewhat over whelming some nights and early mornings. Had it been really bad I'm sure we could have asked to be moved to the back side of the hotel.
In closing we would like to thank you again for a wonderful trip. We would also like to mention that we felt as though we were among old friends at the Inn.
- Don & Stephanie - Sandals Inn, Jamaica
Hi Susan,
The resort was amazing!!! Such luxury and beauty. It is definitely the most attractive resort I've been to and so much to do, that we would have needed another week to do and see the entire resort. Everything was fantastic! The only two minimal downfalls I would say are that the resort is 2 hours from the airport and the nightly entertainment is very amateurish, not near the quality of other resorts I've been to. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We went to Tulum, Xel-Ha, and Playa Del Carmen. The weather was about 23-25 degrees on the days we did those things and the other days were about 28-30 degrees. You should definitely check it out. Thanks!

Our vacation was awesome. We loved St. Lucia so much!!

The resort was great. The Halcyon was definately was more laid-back than the other two Sandals, though we liked the smaller, more intimate feeling. The only thing I would say is that the crowd was a bit older than at the other resorts, but that was fine with us.

Our room was ok too. It was one of the non-renovated ones (due to be done this August), but it was actually quite suitable. The only drawback was that it was quite close to the highway, so you did get some traffic noise. The resort was full, but they did offer to move us after a few days. But by then we were used to it, and realized we weren't really spending my time at the room anyway.

The beach at the Halcyon was the best. I think because it's a bit a bigger cove than the other Sandals, it is more swimable. We were at the Regency a few times, and they always had a red flag, while ours was green or yellow.

Our vacation was a nice mix of relaxing and trying to get our butts off our beach chairs to do something! We played a lot of volleyball and walked the beach. We went snorkelling one day, which was really beautiful. The guys played golf a couple of times at the Regency. (They said the course was pretty decent!)

We did one excursion, which was a rain forest hike. We simply used one of the tour operators recommended by the hotel. The tour was so awesome. It was about an hour and half with a nature guide who worked for the Ministry of Forestry, and he know about every tree and plant. He even knew where the den of a boa constrictor was, but the snake must have been out and about since we didn't see him! ;o)

We also spent some time just walking around Castries, which was really neat. St. Lucians are so easy-going and really friendly. We really liked feeling comfortable to leave the resort by ourselves, since some places we've been to, we just weren't able to do that. We also liked how close the Halcyon was to Castries, since it was really convenient to be able to do that.

Thanks for all you help and advice (as always) in planning our trip! We had a wonderful time! Cheers!
- Gabby & Jason - Sandals Halcyon, St. Lucia
Hi Susan! We had a wonderful time on our trip! We were definitely ready to come home though. We missed our kids terribly!! We both really liked Couples Sans Souci but we preferred Couples Ocho Rios just by a hair. You certainly can't beat the grounds at CSS though and we had a very nice room with one of the best views of any room we could imagine. It was a very nice trip. Now we are back home to 7" of snow!!! What a shock!!

Thank you again for all your help in organizing our trip. You did a wonderful job!! Our next trip will be as a family and when we are ready to book that, I will certainly get in touch with you!
- Angela & Peter - Couples Sans Souci, Jamaica
Hi Susan,
We are back, after one week in The Bahamas - Sandals resort. We had a fantastic time! No problems whatsoever.

The weather was warm and sunny for the most part, great tans! The resort was amazing. No upgrade, but we were just fine with our room. Exceptional service and the staff were so friendly. Beautiful grounds and beaches! The food was terrific.

We went into Nassau downtown and Paradise Island (Atlantis) for a day. We did a boat excursion to the Exuma Keys (snorkeling, shark feeding, feed iguanas, speed boat travelling, etc.) for another day. So many islands to see and so much to do. We will be going back there. If we go to Nassau, then Sandals it will be again. If it is another island in the Bahamas, I hope they have something similar to Sandals.

When we are ready to plan our next trip down south, to the Bahamas or the other islands, we will certainly let you know to help us out again.

Thank you so much for your exceptional service!! We will highly recommend you. Everything was perfect.
Take care and talk to you later.

We are back home from Jamaica so I wanted to touch base with you and give you some feedback from our trip. Let me start by saying that you are the BEST Travel Agent that we've ever had! The on-line service with you was a breeze that surprised me. We appreciate your professionalism, promptness, & patience throughout this transaction.
Susan, thank you for your support in getting us transferred to Sandals Negril. At first I did not want to bother contacting you since you had fulfilled your end of the transaction. I thought that you might be frustrated with our request.... But you came through as a dedicated professional, exceeding our expectations once again!
Here's our review for Sandals Negril-Wish the whole vacation was here!!! Simply Beautiful!! Resort is spacious & creative layout, impeccable beach & grounds. No reservations needed for restaurants. Manager's Reception to get to know the staff (with wine & cheese) very classy!!
In all, the vacation was wonderful!. We would have liked to "settle in" at one location for the entire stay, but it just didn't happen...
Nevertheless, I can not emphasize enough about our gratefulness to you for everything! You went over and beyond to assist us in making things right, and we appreciate that!!
We would consider returning to Sandals Negril for a future vacation, but we are also considering other locations for next year such as Costa Rica, Hawaii, or the Philippines. Wherever we decide, without a doubt, YOU will be our 1st choice for our travel arrangements!!! Thank you Susan!!
- Ron & Maria - Sandals Negril, Jamaica
Our trip was wonderful! The absolute best trip/resort I have ever been to. I have been to all inclusives in Cancun, Bahamas and Dominican Republic - and Couples Swept Away was significantly better than any of those. We even toyed with the idea of staying an additional day while we were there. There were several couples there that had been to other all-inclusives in Jamaica and they expressed their happiness with Couples. I can go on and on about how wonderful it was. The service, food, rooms (the hammock on the Atrium room was heaven, I'm so happy we decided on that), the drinks (plentiful and very strong), and the beach (oh my goodness- beautiful!)---- Everything was just wonderful! I am already wishing we can go back :) Thanks again for all of your help!!
- Catherine & Mark - Couples Swept Away, Jamaica
I would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families. The beach is man-made & quite small, so beach lovers would probably be disappointed. Everything else about the grounds were absolutely beautiful with many unique features. There is a wide variety of restaurants & the food was excellent at all of them...the best of any all-inclusive resort I have been to. Reservations were quick & easy... a dedicated concierge resides in each building & is available 8am-8pm. Service in all the areas was very good & the staff were very helpful and friendly.
- Marion - Occidental Grand Xcaret - Mayan Riviera, Mexico
Awesome! Although we have never been to any of the Sandals resorts, I HIGHLY recommend it and we cannot wait to go back!
We were in the French village, and the staff was SO nice. Most of the staff knew us by name within a day or two, (partly because Steve does not meet a stranger) and what was neat is that the three other couples that rode with us from the airport to the resort ended up being great friends with whom we will keep in contact with. We went on one excursion to Y-S falls, and other than that we did not have a reason to leave the resort. I got my hair braided in the spa, we also went water skiing, sailing, glass bottom boat ride and attended every evening's entertainment festivities. They wanted us to stay until Friday, because Steve was a "sure winner" in the "Whitehouse Idol" talent show competition scheduled for Friday night. He sings karaoke and apparently they were very impressed with his voice! We shopped around on the internet for a LONG time, and your prices cannot be beat. Thanks again, and we will be in touch soon...
- Stacey & Steve - Sandals Whitehouse, Jamaica
We're back from St. Lucia now. I just wanted to give you the rundown on how the trip went. The resort was wonderful!
Upon arrival at UVF, we got through immigration and customs, checked in with the Sandals desk in the arrivals, and went over to St. Lucia Helicopters. They didn't have my online reservation on file, but that wasn't a problem at all. They readily take walk ups anyway. We were able to board an awaiting helicopter with all of our luggage. Normally, there isn't enough room, as luggage would travel by bus, but we were the only ones on board, so it worked out very well for us. It appeared they needed to get the helicopter back to SLU to pick up another group of people. The views from the helicopter were amazing. After landing at SLU, there was a car ready for us to take us to the Grande. This was a very nice way to start out a holiday.
The Sandals staff took us up to the concierge lounge, poured us a glass of champagne, and got us checked in. Here they handed us the envelope with the $100 spa gift certificate. Thanks! We used it for a nice massage.
We didn't get a room upgrade, however, the room we ended up getting was still one of the best of the bunch for that category. The William Jefferson Clinton Presidential suite was across the hall. The particular building we were in is 4 stories high, whilst the rest of the buildings are 3 stories. Being on the top floor provided a magnificent view. I would understand being in a different part of the resort, the view would have been less impressive as tree cover could obscure it, and also one building would end up overlooking a parking lot as well.
The Grande was much bigger than the previous Sandals we stayed at, Sandals Montego Bay. The main building and lobby area was larger. I've read this resort used to be a Hyatt Regency, opening around 2000, but closed a couple of years later when travel dried up after 9/11. It has much more of a modern feel with the room doors in interior hallways rather than opening up to the outside. We dined at the other Sandals resorts, the Halcyon and the Regency, and preferred the Grande. It was livelier, and looked much more impressive, probably because of the newness.
The Halcyon was quieter, some people may prefer that. The Regency was also large, but more spread out. The common pool areas were smaller. Sandals actually has a shuttle going from one end of the Regency to the other. The beach at the Regency is a bit rougher, more wave action, than the calmer beach at the Grande and Halcyon. It appeared there were plenty of people from the other resorts that went over to the Grande during the day.
We did get a reminder that we were still in a developing nation as during one night, as we lost running water and power briefly, though that was quickly restored. It wasn't a problem.
All in all, we had a wonderful time there and can't wait to do this again!<
- Andy - Sandals Grande St. Lucian
The trip was FABULOUS!!! We had such a good time! Thank you for all of your help! The service there was wonderful and it was so relaxing! We were in the Italian Village and I would recommend that as well. Everyone has ocean views...our view wasn't perfect, but it was okay. Things were very clean and the people that work there are wonderful. Thank you again and we talked about going again next year...maybe Antigua?!
- Robyn & Louis - Sandals Whitehouse - Jamaica
Thanks for asking. The trip was excellent. Once on the resort everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The weather in May would be the only question mark. It rained every afternoon. We had plenty to do though. Golfed 2 days, I would recommend taking the first shuttle in the morning, we finished before the rains hit. The course was nice and it was the first time that we played with a caddie. Good experience. We did all of the water sports except scuba, climbed Dunn's River Falls, (negative experience with the venders, steer people away from them), sunset cruise (would recommend this one) ate and drank. All inclusive is the way to go. We did not have any unexpected expenses or surprises. Thanks for preparing us for the trip. Your communication was excellent and made me feel comfortable when booking and after booking the trip. Your documents and trip tips were received by us in plenty of time. It was a great time! Thanks for your help!
- Wayne - Sandals Grande Ocho Rios, Jamaica
Hi Susan! Thanks for getting in touch!
It was absolutely beautiful!! We had perfect weather - nice and breezy and it rained only some nights. The water was warm and we enjoyed some of the water sports, but other than that we just stayed out at the beach. It was very relaxing. The only bad thing was that we missed the kids. As far as the resort - it was great! Very beautiful and lush landscaping. The room was ok but it was the second room from the beach so you could hear the waves even when you sleep. It was just very beautiful. Even on the beach there was shade from the palm trees. The people were very friendly and the food was excellent. It's a good thing we didn't stay for too long because you just get fat from all that food! Anyways, thank you so much for helping us plan the trip. You were very helpful and we appreciate the follow-up. Once again, thank you so much!
- Luda - Sandals Halcyon, St. Lucia
We had an absolutely wonderful time. It was paradise!!! The weather could have been a little better but I am not complaining. We went snorkelling, kayaking and drank enough margarhitas to float a ship on. haha. Anyways, thanks for making our trip such a great one. I can`t wait to do it again.
- Jamie & Yves - RIU Caribe, Cancun, Mexico
Hi Susan, Wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time. The staff at the Inn were AMAZING. We got upgraded to an ocean view room which was SOOOO nice. Thanks again. I will let you know when we are ready for the Cuba trip!
- Nicole & Brian - Sandals Inn, Jamaica
Dear Susan, Thank you so much for everything you did to help plan my wedding! You were an amazing help, with a lot of patience. You made my wedding day and our vacation so much fun! Everyone was so pleased with our resort and I couldn't have asked for a better place to get married! Thank you again for everything. It means so much to us!
- Kathy & Mike Schmaltz - Barcelo Ixtapa, Mexico - WEDDING
Our trip went very well, everyone had a great time and the weather was perfect! I was very impressed by how smoothly everything went. We ended up having two rooms side by side the third just down the hall on the same floor. The resort itself was amazing. The rooms were very nice and very clean. Everyting in the resort was well maintained, the grass was green, the pools were clean and everyting in general looked very nice. The resort itselef was huge, it took about 10 minutes to walk from one side to the other. The staff was very friendly. The only thing worth mentioning that couldve have been better was the beach. It was really small and somewhat rocky and visited by very few people. Overall it was way more then i expected and was extremely happy with how everything went. Thank you for helping us find such a great place we had a great time!
- Wilson Hernandez - Plaza Pelicanos, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Susan, it was amazing. Just amazing! The first 4 days it was raining and cold, which kinda sucked, but after that it was just amazing! We loved the hotel. It was beautiful. Just flawless really! My new goal in life is to visit every single Sandals resort. Okay, really my goal in life is to live at Sandals but first I have to see which one I like best right?? Anyway, thank you soooooooooooo much. I will be in touch - hopefully - very very soon for the next one! You are my Sandals God!! Thanks again!
- Marina and Viktor - Sandals Grande St. Lucian
Well i would love to say that it is good to be home but really its not. I definitely could have stayed longer. What can i say about Ixtapa.....WONDERFUL....everything was so great, the weather was incredible, the beach was so nice, white sand and not a rock or stone to be found under your bare feet. The ocean was amazing, nice and warm. Parasailing was so much fun. I did not do any excursions myself but i did see what they were offering, the boys went deep sea fishing and they caught alot of fish, they seemed to have enjoyed it alot. The food was great and so were the drinks, Bahama Mamas all the way. About the excursions - very well priced, way cheaper than in the Dominican. We went into town shopping and that was lots of fun, the boys sat in the bar (Bandidos) while we shopped. Right across from our hotel there was a shopping market which we really enjoyed, being so close and all. The resort was really nice as well, we did not have ocean view but that's ok. The rooms were really nice and clean. We overall loved everything and hope to return someday. Thanks for everything Susan!

Las Vegas was awesome! I would definitely recommend running away to Vegas to get married!! A friend of mine was against the idea of a Vegas wedding...but she is now considering it. The chapel at the MGM was very classy and everything was so well organized. The MGM was a beautiful hotel, but it was almost too big. We had 34 people come, which amazed us both, because we only gave people a month and a half notice. Grant spent the majority of his money on the tables whereas I spent most of mine at the Outlet malls. All in all it was a blast!!! Thanks for everything!!

We just returned from our winter vacation to Sandals Negril, which we booked through Susan. Susan took the stress out of planning our vacation - she answered all our questions and found us the perfect resort at a fantastic price!! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and would highly recommend Susan to everyone we know!!!
- Jana & Danny - Sandals Negril, Jamaica
My wife and I travel every year and have used a variety of services to arrange our trips in the past. We are quite specific regarding the details of our holidays which often makes it difficult to make all the arrangements ourselves. This year was no different. We wanted to arrange flights from Winnipeg to Roatan, HN, then book accommodations separately based on what we had researched. Although the internet provided excellent information, it became very cumbersome when it came time to actually book flights and resorts. After getting no help (actually no response at all) from 2 prominent agencies (one travel company and one internet booking site), a friend of ours suggested we try Susan from Jetaways. We did, and it took all the hassle out of booking this trip (for us anyway, but I'm sure Susan had some late nights!). After giving Susan our detailed requirements, she immediately began providing us with excellent options. No matter how many strange questions or requests we gave her, she always found what we needed, and did so very quickly. We're not sure when she sleeps since her emails would come at all hours of the day or night! Our flights were great, the hotel reservations worked out, and any payments/deposits were processed easily. In short, Susan got us what we wanted, when when wanted it, and at a good price. She completely managed all the details for this trip and took all the worry out of the process for us. We will definitely call her again when we are planning our next "unique" adventure. If you want a trip planned right and with no hassles, give Susan a call. You won't be disappointed. Thanks for everything Susan! Anders and Janet Balkaran (Winnipeg, 2006)
- Anders & Janet Balkaran - Roatan, Honduras
I came across Susan just by chance a few years ago & was immediately impressed with her responsiveness. My friends & I went with her recommendations & booked a trip. The process was quick & seamless. Our vacation was one of our best ever!! I have since booked several other vacations through Susan & have recommended her to other friends ... none of us have been disappointed. Susan works with her clients to give them exactly what they want in a vacation & within their budget. She makes herself available at all hours of the day & night 7 days a week. A big thank you to Susan for all her help! I look forward to working with her to plan my next vacation. Thanks! Marion Fraser (Winnipeg, MB)

The group of friends and family that we were going to Cuba with, lived in Calgary, Winnipeg, and Saskatoon. I was concerned at first, that putting a trip together for a large group spread across Canada would be a problem. Susan did an excellent job of organizing our flights and hotel arrangements so that we could all vacation together. Since this was my very first out of country vacation, I had a lot of questions that I related by several e-mails. All were answered promptly. I have been recommending Susan to my co-workers because of how pleased I was with her work. Thanks, Tom (Calgary, AB)

Dear Susan: Thank you again, for all your incredible assistance in helping us plan our winter holiday. You have been an amazing help in planning our last three holidays, our girl's trip to Mexico, which you recommended the hotel and we have been back twice in one year, our romantic trip to France and our winter getaway with friends. Your recommendation for rafting in the Dominican was such a fun experience we have found a new love for the sport and can't wait to hear from you about our options for the Canadian tours that are available. Your experience and input is always appreciated. I look forward to hearing from you regarding our upcoming Canadian Rafting tour. We can't wait to go again! Thanks again! Sincerely, Catharine Beattie, Devoted Traveller

I had never spoken with Susan before in my life until recently when I called her with less than 14 days notice to fly my husband and I, our three kids and my mother from Saskatoon to Honolulu. She was so incredibly helpful and devoted to finding us the best deal and to assuring that we would be comfortable and well-taken care of enroute. I immediately felt she was a friend who related to my situation and really wanted to help. The trip was a great success and I will definitely be calling Susan for our travel arrangements in the future ... with more notice! Thanks so much Susan! Sincerely, Valerie Elliot
