I just wanted to thank you again for all your help with our vacation. It was just fantastic! The hotels were great, the scenery was breathtaking, and the food was to die for! Given the limited time we had, I think your suggestions on where to stay and for how long were just perfect... although I would have loved to have stayed another week in San Francisco!!

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!
Absolutely gorgeous place (Riu Ocho Rios) - beautifully kept gardens, pools, beaches. Rooms (adjoining, thanks so much) were beautifully decorated - neutral colours, gorgeous wood, crown mouldings, beautiful marble floors, plantation shutters, lovely balconies orverlooking flora - refridgerator stocked with water, beer, soft drinks and an array of full size bottles of liquor at our disposal. Bathrooms were beautiful too - all marble and slate!

Food was very good. Very European which wasn't a surprise considering the Owners and the majority of the Clientele (Spanish, German, and Portugese). We felt right at home with the cuisine considering out backgrounds.

There were alot of activites throughout the day for those who wanted to participate, but we pretty much did a lot of laying about whether it was on the beach, or poolside, ate way too much and dare I say, drank way too much.

Everyone was very polite and service is definitely a major priority.

Plane rides, as well as bus rides to and from the hotel were comfortable, educational and very pretty.

Thank you so much. It's exactly what we wanted to give our boys and what we wanted for ourselves.

Bonjour Susan,
We spent the weekend in Quebec City at the Chateau Frontenac, and I just wanted to drop you a quick line to tell you how fabulous it was. Our room (7264) was bigger than others we caught a glimpse of whenever a door was open and a maid told us ours was nicer than most. It featured a king-sized bed with a separate sitting area complete with couch, coffee table, and two high-back chairs. Hotel staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The hotel itself is a magnificent old structure in the final stages of a renovation. Old Quebec City, of course, is quaint and charming with a definite European feel. And I don't think it's possible to get a bad meal here.

It was the best getaway we've ever had....awesome...thank you for your recommendations...hotel was in perfect location...Love show unbelievable and everything in between! The only possible change we may make for next time would be the red eye home...it absolutely maximized our time but just about killed us sleep wise. Anyway thanks again, Steph

Susan helped us plan our wonderful honeymoon in Portugal! Having never been there before we needed lots of Susan's guidance. She helped us arrange multiple lodgings in many parts of Portugal as well as our air and car arrangements. Needless to say, our honeymoon was fantastic!

We stayed in pousadas full of history and ambience, we had day trips to seaside villas and a few days in Lisbon. We especially noticed Susan's presence on our trip when, at the most beautiful hotel in Lisbon, the "Pestana Palace" noted our reason for travelling and upgraded us to their "Presidential Suite" on New Year's Eve!!

Most definitely a trip to remember! Thanks Susan!
