Susan Birkenshaw ACC, CTC has had the opportunity to travel to numerous destinations including: Europe, Great Britain, The Caribbean, Central America, Across Canada and Cruise destinations throughout the world. She has "been there and bought the T-shirt " As a Travel Consultant, Susan takes her professionalism very seriously and is a Destination Specialist in a number of countries including: Australia - Great Britain - Scotland - Spain – Ireland and Costa Rica. She is also an Accredited Cruise Counsellor (ACC), Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC), a Certified Adventure Travel Specialist (CATS) and a Disney Specialist. Developing Corporate Incentive Travel programs for her small & medium sized business clients is a unique niche for Susan. These itineraries have been as exciting as Rock and Ice Climbing in the Alps , Safaris and Treks in Africa & South America and as calm as tours of French vineyards or elegant Spa tours. For Susan, her challenge is to meet her client's travel needs. She enjoys developing unique itineraries for her clients. She offers her North American clientèle a full-service consultancy.

Michael Keith, CTC., has been an outdoors enthusiast his whole life including raising his four sons to appreciate the outdoors life. Michael is an avid downhill skier, and has skied North America and Europe extensively. He enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, canoeing and trekking. Gliding through the jungle canopy in Costa Rica was a unique experience. Anyone can do this; he did the canopy tour with his leg in a cast. Michael & Susan recently lead a group on a 28 day exploration of the Galapagos Islands & Peru, including completing the 4 day, 50 km hike of the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. Michael is a Certified Adventure Tour Specialist (CATS) and continues to search for the best 'soft' adventure and eco-tours available in the travel market to ensure the best value and fit for his clients. Beyond adventure tours, Michael also develops innovative tours to match the interests of individual clients and small groups. These could include distillery and winery tours, barge and canal cruising, golf tours for the discriminating and the duffer. Michael and Susan are active members of the Alliston , Aurora and Barrie Chambers of Commerce.
