Hazelwood Travel Service

Thanks for arranging our trip to the Daytona races in February 2006. The scene at the Tropical Winds hotel was breath taking, our room was right on the beach.

Each time there was a change in the flight schedule you called to keep us informed.

Then two days before we were to leave a big snow storm was forecast. Sunday morning the day before we were leaving Mike phoned the airlines to see if the flight was leaving on time, we were informed the flight had been cancelled.

Mike phoned Wilma our travel agent at Hazelwood Travel Service the only one you could get on a Sunday. Within an hour she was at our house with tickets for another flight leaving that afternoon. When we returned home, Wilma phoned to see how our trip went and informed us that she had requested a refund on the original flight we had booked.

Try to find better service than that, you can't!

I contacted Wilma a number of times for my travel arrangements to South America. I wouldn't dream of travelling without her help. Not only does she understand my particular concerns but she really wants everything to go well for her client and does the extra little things to help. She gave me info on dollar exchange, a simple thing but so personable; she always called me when I got home to see how my vacation went, not just the travel experience but the actual vacation itself. So helpful but what is truely important is I really trust Wilma.
