My wife and I would like to thank you very much for helping us with our next vacation. Our entire family wanted to go down south in February. We started looking online, thinking it would be easy to find a deal. After a few days of searching and not being to find anything we decided to call you. Searching online can be fun but is also VERY confusing. We saw so many different places and after a while they all look and feel the same. With one phone call to you, you were able to find out what we were looking for, what we wanted and needed, the price range we wanted and all those other tricky little things a web site can't provide. You found us the perfect location at the price we wanted. "VOILA" we are booked for our vacation. There is something to be said about being able to talk to someone who knows what they are doing. A live voice can make such a difference. We are going on vacation and we don't have to stress about it. Thanks a million for all your input and your help. We are looking forward to our Feb 2010 vacation and also started saving for 2011. You can certainly expect our call for our next vacation.

Where do we begin............ As first time cruisers we had no idea what to expect or how to even begin preparing for ourfirst sea adventure, after hearing of Wendy's praises through a friend we decided to give her a try...... she not only answered all our questions, got us the best cabin available for the best price but she also went into extensive detail regarding each port and ship we had inquired about. We just finished booking our third cruise and although we aren'tsure at this point how it could be any better than the last we are certainly anxiously awaiting 3 Dec 2009 when weset said for 10 days to the southern caribbean with Celebrity. Wendy also corresponded with a friend during hertour of duty in Afghanistan and helped her plan a dream vacation to Australia. Wendy's professional yet friendly down to earth personality coupled with her outstanding attention to detail ie(voucher for a bottle of wine) left in our state room :-)) really made for a fantastic start to our holiday. She is a gem and and a fantastic choice when searching for a cruise specialist to help plan your yearly vacation away. I don't know where to start! My family and I just returned from an 8 day Mexican Riviera Cruise (out of San Diego) of which you arranged for us, and WOW, what a trip.
The entire process of traveling is so much more enjoyable with an agent like you; even when our baggage was delayed from Toronto to San Diego, who calls to 'check in on us and our situation'? No other than yourself! I can't tell you how good it made me feel, to hear that 'you were there for us' if we needed your services (our insurance policy that you recommended, covered delayed bags!) Top Notch.the hotel, the cruise, and best of all, your personal service!
