This has been the most amazing experience we could ever ask for. Once we arrived, we were seated and told to
wait for our Butler(s). We thought this was for everyone, but was moved to another lounge with one other couple to wait. Once introduced to our Butler, we were given the grand tour of the resort. We were not informed that we were staying in a suite with two personal butlers! I think we stayed at the Ultra Luxury Beachfront Suites of Bay Roc Villa - UB. The pictures look like the suite we stayed in. Our butlers were just absolutely incredible! We had little surprises left for us each day or evening, and a personal cell phone to call them if we needed anything. They even had a dinner plans setup for us for our entire stay, having reservations made if necessary to certain
restaurants for the evenings. The Oleander Room was way beyond our
expectations. The gourmet food was spectacular. Most amazing steak we had ever tasted. Every restaurant was just absolutely amazing between the food and service. All the staff, from the butlers to the bartenders to the maintenance were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. We met so many people, having many couples to converse and share the excitement with. Unfortunately we never took advantage of the other resorts, but we found there was just so much to do at Montego Bay we did not need to go anywhere else. Each night, there was different entertainment; Monday night was our favorite, which was the Beach Party. Everything was absolutely spectacular! This was a vacation we will never forget and hope to go back soon.

It is my privledge to say on behalf of our family that we had the most amazing vacation! I started back in Sept asking around locally for prices for a vacation and possible cruise with Disney. I received many promises but not one agent called me back so after trying a few and waiting a month and several phone calls i decided to email Lois Barbour. Thinking she wasn't even in my town i would hear from her at a later date, BUT within 3-4 hrs she emailed me complete itineraries to choose from, prices and dates for Disney resort and disney cruises, flight options and prices and a range of choices to suit our dates. WOW what service!
Her level of service was outstanding even to the point of promptly answering my many many questions and changes as travel is so new to me. She was always very professional yet personable in her approach to us and made our family vacation a very magical one. She was so informative and knowledgeable in all aspects of our travel and arranged everything for us including tickets for shows and attractions, shuttles etc and took the complete worry of us for every part of our trip. The information package she put together for us was so informative and she even booked our meals etc for us.
Thank you soo much for all the hard work Lois put into making our dream a reality! we are so eager to do another cruise, i cant believe it!! I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone considering any kind of a trip. Plus being able to pay portions as you go made it so easy. Platinum service and we felt as if we really mattered!

Lois Barbour was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. We did not book our trip until February/March, with a departure in April - so there was not much lead up time. Many of our bookings (ie. dates at resort, park passes, dinner reservations, etc.) were made last minute, and Lois was very accommodating with our requests and replied to all my emails in a timely manner.

Hi Lois,
The trip was just amazing! The kids had a ball, they never stopped for two weeks! The staff were so helpful, hospitable and warm that we really felt at home there. I would go back in heartbeat and we actually might book something again for the spring, not sure yet, guess we will look at it after Xmas. Therefore, we will store the credit until we make a firm decision.

Blau Varadero Hotel was absoutely beautiful and I am so glad that I choose that hotel to have my wedding. Everything was handled with very fast and efficient and there was always a smile on everyone faces. The food was delicious and everyone always found something they liked. So... I emailed our travel agent, the wonderful Lois Barbour, and she gave us a ridiculous package deal. For all the wonders of the Internet, there still isn't anything that replaces a travel agent. Sure, it's quick and easy to book your flights online and it's great for that, but when you want more, they KNOW stuff - they have insider tricks.

We had a great time, the Outrigger hotel was very nice, it is located right on the beach and in the middle of all the action. Nice restaurants and stores are all just outside the doorstep.

The cruise was also really nice. All the ports were great, we did shore excursions at every stop. The waters around the hawaiian islands are much rougher then other cruises I have been on as well.

And thanks so much for the gifts in the room, that was so thoughtful. We really enjoyed them on the ship.

All in all we had a great trip, and are looking forward to planning another one.
I will be sure to give you a call when we are ready.

Well... we had a vacation of a lifetime! We LOVED it! The ship was beautiful, the ports were great and the service was simply outstanding. In fact, our daughter is still talking about the characters and the shows. Our pictures will keep the memories alive for years to come. I have a attached a few....we took over 500!

I knew you wanted to hear back from me and I want to tell you that Blau (rhymes with now) Varadero was absolutely gorgeous. It is nothing like a 14 storey office building. Actually both the front and back of the building slant in like a pyramid. Inside there's a hugh open area with a big bar, etc. and it's entirely open to the top of the building. There are 2 elevators on each side and they are like big glass bubbles so that you can see everything when you're on them. The buffett was very extensive with lots of variety at each meal. The a-la-carte restaurant was white glove service with extremely well presented meals.

The entertainment was great and the employees were all extremely nice.

We ended up changing our rooms simply because we didn't get out on Sunday because of fog and they gave away our room but they had another one just one door away which we took for 2 days. Anyhow we were all happy and the staff was very accommodating.

Sun Wing was fine - no complaints.

All in all we had a fabulous holiday and want to thank you for your help. I think we were really lucky to be moved to the Blau. If you want any more info - give me a call at home anytime.
