Ocho Rios, located on the north central coast of Jamaica is the favorite stop for cruise ships in the Caribbean. You reach Ocho Rios by bus and fly in to Montego Bay. The town itself does not have much interest, but the area that surrounds Ocho Rios has plenty of attractions.

Well I just returned from a one week Southern Caribbean cruise with Royal Caribbean on the Adventure of the Seas with Air Canada Vacations. Wow what a wondferful vacation!!!! The ship is incredible.
