We absolutely loved it! Perfect weather, very nice and clean resort, pool and beach were lovely! Thank you for helping us, it was an awesome time.The food was good, a bit different but it was to be expected; the Japanese restaurant was our favorite, we went twice!
We will talk again next year, as we are anticipating our second trip already!

Hi Shelly. Time has just gotten away from me with school. Ugh. I arrived home from Dubai and I haven't stopped. I loved my time there; it truly was a trip of a lifetime. I didn't have any issues at all, no sickness, nothing negative; all absolutely wonderful. I saw so much, ate like a queen, laughed with heather, travelled well, slept well and have created a picture story book of my tym travel. Thank you so much for helping me make this trip a reality. We had a wonderful vacation! We love Mexico and loved our resort. The grounds were beautiful with pebble stone walk ways! We spent most our days of the beach, followed by the pool bar around 4:30ish.
The food was abundant and delicious. We really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant, quite talented cook… we all tried sushi and Brad loved it.
It’s always sad to leave the dream/wonderland. Back to reality and starting another trip fund so we can travel again soon.

Great trip. Fabulous place. Spoiled rotten and we are now ruined for all subsequent all-inclusive experiences! Took a while to figure out the best a la carte restaurants but we managed. The place was only 40/50% full so we had the run of the place – people waiting on you hand and foot. Golf was great, Weather was great. Lots of fun. Thanks for hooking us up with this place. Definitely worth the premium we paid, and I am sure we’ll be back.

We loved our vacation! It was wonderful, thank you so much for all of your help in making it so great!
The resort was fantastic. I have some pictures I will send you when I get home from work. The resort was very clean...I would put my empty glass down and
within 2 minutes someone would have picked it up!
The food was pretty good...I loved the different restaurants...they were
all themed and decorated so nicely. They had a beach buffet thing, where you
could just grab a pizza or sandwich...I really enjoyed that. The room was
stocked everyday with treats, pop, and water.
The room was gorgeous, they had a sign on our door saying "honeymooners"
and in our suite was wine and fruit. We also got a free breaskfast in bed.
I was really glad we did the 18+ resort, there were mostly older people
there and it was pretty quiet...a lot of times we had one of the pool to
ourselves!
The shows at night were very well done. We were only going to go to one but
we ended up going to all of them because they were so good. The had the Michael
Jackson show which we loved. My favorite I think was the circus one....they had
a special "pool side supper" then the circus show after.
They had different things offered everyday like horseback riding, bike
tours and spanish lessons which we intended to go to but got too lazy at the
pool:)
Overall I was very impressed with the hotel, we couldn't of asked for a
better vacation. Thank you again for your help, you have been so great!

Our trip was fabulous! All are back home, no lost luggage. For a group of 13 the all-inclusive option was perfect. The weather co-operated, warm with a few drops of rain only occasionally. We felt very safe and children were allowed to walk around the resort alone, back and forth to their rooms from the pool and restaurants, order food on their own. Staff were very courteous, attentive. Food was delicious, accommodation deluxe. The $1500 credits meant excursions were enjoyed with only minimal additional charges for food and water. We enjoyed the spa using credits; services were excellent.
Wanted you to know that the Cozumel Palace was an exceptional vacation destination; all went out of their way to make our stay an experience to remember.

We had a wonderful time in Punta Cana and are trying to adjust to the cold and being back to work. We had nice weather and great service. The food was good and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our stay at the Majestic Elegance was wonderful. The food was good and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We are definitely planning on going back soon. Thank you for everything !

The trip was LOVELY! We had such a wonderful time, and we had excellent weather. Not a drop of rain, and lovely warm afternoons. Our last day there we got to spend 4 hours swimming and lounging by the pool...it was paradise.
The resort was beautiful, they had excellent food, and the quick service meal plan was excellent. We only purchased one meal, and that was a character breakfast, and a couple of snacks the day we went to Sea world. The car rental worked out perfectly, and we were able to stop at the outlets in Orlando...lots of fun there as well.
Thank you so much for booking everything for us. I wouldn't have done it any other way because staying on the resort is the only way to do Disney...or at least the most convenient...it was awesome, and we would absolutely recommend you and book with you again

We sure had a wonderful time! And personally want to thank you for helping us make it happen. The resort was like a Paradise and people were so friendly and helpful. It was amazing! Punta Cana - Gran Bahia Principe Ambar - was the most relaxing wonderful vacation I could have imagined and nothing was left to chance. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a beautiful beach, wonderful food and the friendliest people I have ever met.
Shelly was fantastic in helping book this amazing vacation and made sure everything was arranged and that I knew everything I needed to to have an amazing and relaxing vacation. Shelly provided tips for me, first time traveler to somewhere hot, and made sure I was confident in where I needed to be and when.
