Shauna from Rock-It Travel was the best. She spent time researching different options for us and I had her check out a lot of stuff for us. She did a fabulous job and was always available for any questions I had. She also took care of any problems I was having when trying to arrange my wedding at our resort. We are home and had an absolutely AMAZING trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Words cannot express how awesome, special, memorable, perfect the whole trip was.
The resort was better than we could have asked for. The service in my opinion was the best we've ever recieved on a trip. The staff went above and beyond. The rooms were beautiful. Big and so clean. Bathrooms were enormous. Food was super...all 3 a la cartes were out of this world.
The town of Manzanillo is a special little place...very much "Mexico". Shopping was super fun and got lots of great memorible souvinears. The excursions were super fun and very, very resonably priced.
The wedding was so incredible...Mildred was great. There was a wee bit of a language barrier but we got it figured out. Once we were down there we got everything we asked for and more. They threw in so many little extras and the day turned out so great. It was super easy and awesome.

Hey Shauna, We made it back and had a great time. We want to Thank you for all you did to make our trip as pleasant and worry free as possible. Everything worked great. Flights and hotels were all bang on.
We can’t Thank you enough for catching the “free” Disney Dining plan for us, we ‘cleaned’ up on that deal saving about $150-$200 for every buffet we ate at and I think our last count was 5 character buffets. The kids still love their Disney characters and we like the bill that comes at the end that says $0.00 !! The Disney Port Orleans Riverside was a great, quiet hotel with lots of amenities for us and the kids. We liked being able to take the riverboat to Downtown Disney instead of driving or taking the bus. Our hotel in St. Pete’s beach was picture perfect. Once the weather warmed up we enjoyed some well deserved RnR on the beach and in the pool. The Sandpiper is great with being able to access both of its resorts and there are lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. (We highly recommend “Crabby Bills”, a picnic type atmosphere with speedy, great and generous portions of food).

THANKS again Shauna, you did a GREAT job with our trip! The Hotel was in a great location, close to the metro, shopping, restaurants, it had AC (major +) they were good to us and spoke good english! There was a little garden patio in the back where we could have drinks. The rooms were fairly small by north american standards but i would think average by european standards. Nice bathrooms. They were quite comfortable for what we needed though. The transfer company was very prompt. We will definitely use you again for our next TOUR!!!!
