Why we charge fees.
These days, it’s pretty easy to get cheap travel deals online. I’m sure a search for “Las Vegas Travel Packages” will turn up thousands and thousands. But, as with so much on the web these days, you should tread lightly if you don’t know the source.
At "SEA MIST Travel", our motto is, “Holidays worth taking”, and our mission is to be your trusted travel advisor for Cruise experiences that are worth every penny you spend. Our dedicated team of travel professionals spend several weeks every year traveling and obsessively testing all the Cruise products we sell. As we like to say here, “we make the travel mistakes so you don’t have to”.
What does the planning fee include?
• Research and book the best cruise option to fit the clients’ needs
• Research and book the best flight option to fit the selected cruise
• Purchase flights with Airmiles on the clients’ behalf
• Purchase airline seating on the clients’ behalf
• Research and book the best pre and post cruise accommodations available
• Reserve roundtrip home/airport and airport/pier transfers
• Reserve car rentals where specified
• Recommend and purchase the best Travel Insurance coverage on the clients’ behalf.
• Personally deliver the clients’ ticket package if within the Niagara Region. Outside of the Niagara Region, tickets will be delivered by Courier or Canada Post whichever is most cost effective and depending on time sensitivity
• Provide travel documents in a high quality leather ticket jacket
• Provide the client with Visa, Passport and immunization requirement information
• Provide the client with a detailed step-by-step itinerary
• Supply the cruiseline with the clients’ dining, special needs, special occasion and stateroom preferences
• Address disruptions such as lost luggage and missed flights on the clients’ behalf
The following fees include the above services:
Standard Cruise package $200.00 CAD per booking (up to 2 staterooms)
Group Cruise package $75.00 per stateroom - minimum 5 staterooms
Weddings, (Bride and Groom only) $300.00 per couple
World Cruises $500.00 CAD per stateroom
All fees are non-refundable
All fees are subject to GST/HST
