We dreamed of a 6 week vacation in Europe to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Our plans were complicated and varied. Lana met and exceeded all our expectations as we planned this trip - by providing all kinds of options to consider, assisting us in seeking out the kinds of Tours/Cruises we were interested in. Not only that, we had these plans that involved minin stays in places like Paris, Venice, Germany. All these stays required transportation issues and hotel stays. Lana assisted us in seamlessly arranging all of these different components. On top of that - the service was so personal. Even our B&B stay in Tuscany were aware that I would celebrate my birthday while there - it was a special evening!! All details were attended to - phone numbers, addresses, Canadian Consulate Offices in each country and an Itinerary prepared for our son in case someone needed to contact us. Excellent service - we would highly recommend Lana to anyone dreaming about a vacation.

Lana, Thanks so much for all of your efforts in planning our trip to Jamaica! Your advice was right on in all areas. Sandals was an experience like no other. Everything was beachfront including the restaurants!! We enjoyed seasfood a couple of nights in the Barefoot by the Seas restaurant right in the sand. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL in every way and our room, what a view!! Thanks so much. Courtney now has a penpal from Jamaica as we made friends with another Shauna who was the daily attendant to our room. She also had a twelve year old daughter and we decided that it might be nice if they kept in touch and they are. Brian and I both completely enjoyed the included water sports. The staff here were also very accomodating, so much so that they permitted Brian to take scuba lessons in the ocean instead of in a pool (due to his cholorine allergy). He is now certified and can dive anywhere in the world. He is thrilled about this! I can not say enough about you and your planning in this vacation. Thanks so much again!
