Thank you for the lovely surprise as we started our Cruise. The chocolate covered strwberries and hors d'oeuvres were a deleicious and unexpected pleasure. The Cruise itself exceeded all expectations. The boat was beautiful and the crew memebers were very attentive and professional.

Service was exceptional. We missed the connection in Frankfurt due to weather delays in Toronto. We got to Istanbul at around 5:30 pm instead of 1:00 pm. We resigned ourselves to getting to the hotel on our own because we did not have a cell phone nor the time to contact Windstar about our delay. To our amazement, Windstar transfer people were there to meet us and arranged for a private tour of Istanbul the next morning since we missed the afternoon tour.

This has been one of the best vacations I have had. I highly recommend Windstar.
