"Thank you, Karla, for helping us plan the most "magical" vacation ever! You were there for us every step of the way, right from the moment we said we wanted to go until a few days before we left, and even while we were away, we knew you'd be there for us. Every detail was perfectly planned and suited our family's needs exactly...the flights, our beautiful Disney Resort, the meal plan, the passes, booking events and your fabulous insider tips were all so helpful! You answered all our questions and gave excellent advice about everything Disney! We had such a great holiday and were even lucky enough to have gorgeous weather the whole time!! The cruise was amazing, and again every detail was looked after the way only Disney can do - amazing food, first class entertainment, activities for everyone all the time and even plenty of lazy beach time. The kids are already asking when we can go again...but we're thinking another trip to Cuba will come first!!

Oh Karla! We had the most wonderful family vacation ever!!!

The drive wasn't just so bad, but we had explained to the kids that we would drive for three full days - and so when we did, they were ready and didn't even complain about the long days.

Las Vegas was something else!!! I'm glad we did it - but as a family, would never go back there. Excalibur was okay - I think if were driving again, we would stay in a hotel outside Las Vegas - because the outlet mall shopping was what really appealed to us anyway.

The four days in California were amazing! We did Universal Studios the 1st day - great time there. And the next three were split up between the 2 parks in Disneyland. All four of us had such fun! The weather was close to +30 C everyday - and the line ups weren't just too bad.

The Best Western Stovalls was perfect. It took us about 12 mins to walk to the park - but the rooms were spacious, it was clean and close to some pretty good restaurants.

Thank you so much for all your work to make this vacation such a success.

We are already planning our next family vacation... We were looking at taking a Princess Cruise Line 7 or 8 day Mexican Cruise with the kids. Hopefully in Feb 2011, if not then - definitely Feb 2012. I checked out a couple of them and I believe one of them leaves from San Diego - which would be perfect - as we did not get to San Diego this February. This time, however, we would fly to San Diego.

Hi Karla,

Our trip was fantastic and everything went really smoothly (other than our flight being cancelled – but thanks to you we were not at the airport at 5 in the AM finding that out!). Our ATC transfers from Disney to Port Canaveral and back to the airport were really well – both were on time, and were no more than an hour drive each way – so that was great! On the way to Port Canaveral it was just the three of us in the van which was nice, on the way back we had a shuttle van with more people, but that worked out just fine too.
DisneyWorld was a bit chilly – but we had a great time – and were ready to relax on our cruise by the time Saturday came. Arranging the transfer with ATC to the terminal went much more smoothly than the last time we cruised with Carnival and Carnival arranged our transfer – it seemed like we had a full day waiting to board our cruise last time – this time we were at the terminal and on the Carnival Dream sipping our first drink within an hour of arriving – hardly any waiting in line at all!
We had great weather on our cruise, great ports – and the Carnival Dream was fantastic – SUPER clean, the staff were great, and I really would have no complaints whatsoever about the cruise – plus the Cruise Director was hilarious!
So all in all – great time had and would recommend this cruise to anyone! Thanks for everything and making sure our trip went so smoothly!!! J

Thanks so much, Karla, for all your expert advice and for arranging our wonderful holiday to Varadero, Cuba - it went beyond even what we had hoped for! Everything went very smoothly, right from the moment we stepped off the plane to the transfer to the hotel and all other travel involved. We definitely felt safe and well taken care of at all times. We stayed at the Melia Las Americas - the staff was pleasant and courteous, the food was delicious and plentiful, the resort grounds were clean and beautiful and the beach was by far one of the nicest on the strip...sand like white flour with clear turquoise water. Our upgrade to the ocean view room was well worth it (see last photo - view from our balcony). There was lots to do both on and off the resort, but for the most part, we just wanted to sit in the sun and relax...which we did a lot of! We did take one bus trip to Havana - not to be missed! It included a tour of Old Havana, New Havana, lunch, dinner, cigar shop, market, and the highlight...The Tropicana Show! In short - it was the trip of a lifetime...we'd go back in an instant! (and even take the kids next time)!

“In January 2009, my family and I went to Disney World in Orlando for 10 days and what a magical place it is. Everything about the trip was wonderful, thanks to Karla who organized it for us. My daughter is in a wheelchair and things can be challenging, but Karla made it so much easier. She booked our accommodation on a Disney property resort (Pop Century Value Resort) and it was fantastic. She made sure we had a large wheelchair access room and when we arrived, they gave us two joining rooms, one being wheelchair accessible and they only charged us for one room. There are buses to and from each Disney Theme Park every 10 minutes which are wheelchair accessible. Staying on the Disney Property, we were able to take advantage of the Disney Dining Plan, which we HIGHLY recommend, especially those with kids. You save so much money. We wouldn’t have know all of this if it weren’t for Karla. Thank you Karla for making our trip extra magical”!

hi karla,just a note to say that our trip was fantastic,Dru was totally amazed with all of it....Dinner with the characters was beautiful as she met all the princesses,got photos with all as well as autographs..she met other characters in disneyland as well as at universal..we really enjoyed universal..it was a long day as we were picked up early and got back around midnight.
Dru's favorate ride was Splash Mountain as she loves water.our hotel was wonderful,a few steps from the pool as we spent time there. We had a birds eye view of the fireworks every night right out our door.
I guess you can say we left LA with a shake as when we were waiting at the airport the earthquake happened.
Dru and I would like to thankyou for putting a wonderful pkg.together for us,everything was 100%
