I am not a machine. You cannot push a button and book a package online with me. You are booking with an actual person who not only cares about you and your vacation needs, but has taken the time to help you pin-point the best vacation option for you personally. How many times have you gotten on the phone, only to have an automated machine ask you what they can help you with? How many times have you gotten agitated and thought to yourself "how impersonal"? When you book online you are actually receiving the same type of service, but the difference between the two is that three quarters of the time with your telephone call, you'll eventually reach someone human. When you book online with an booking engine you are actually just booking your travel with a "machine". We both know that a computer has no interest in making sure you make the right decision. The only role it plays is to provide the price and take your credit card number. This booking engine will allow you to choose a resort or destination that may not even be exactly what your looking for because it does not know you as an individual and it certainly does not know your desires. How impersonal is that? When you plan your travels with me you get a personal service and any advice needed in regards to your upcoming trip. You may not think you'll need to contact someone, but it's your trip and wouldn't you feel much more comfortable just knowing that I'm just a phone call away? I am here to make sure that you have the best travel experience you possibly can. When you book online, who do you call with questions? Booking sites give mostly technical support regarding your payment or retrieving confirmation numbers. Imagine all of the questions and concerns that you will never have answered. I have never had a person book with me and never call or email again to learn more or have questions answered. I offer information on your destination, excursions and general information and facts. I do this because I want my travelers to be prepared in any event. Your vacation is an investment. Do you really want to trust your investment with a machine? ..
