We recently used the services of Jennifer and Jimmie Atwood, Travel
Consultants with Travel Professionals International. Our party consisted of myself, wife and two grandchildren ages 17 & 15. We travelled to Orlando, Florida via Delta Airlines and spent 9 nights in a Holiday Home. Our vacation consisted of visiting the Disney Parks, Universal Studios (Islands of Adventure), and Sea World. All the above was arranged by Jennifer Atwood and was done very professionally and to our satisfaction. The Holiday Home was awesome with its own pool. We will certainly use this service again and recommend it to others. Our vacation was most enjoyable and worry free. To quote our Grandchildren "everything about the trip was great Gramp".

Jennifer has "looked after us" on several occasions, the most recent being a Christmas Caribbean cruise with our family of ten. She works professionally and provides individual attention, all the time in a consistently friendly manner. Jennifer is reliable, thorough, punctual and "always there".
In 2007 we had a difficult experience with travel associated with a cruise out of Galveston, Texas. Our connecting flight out of Toronto was storm-cancelled, creating a great deal of tension and uncertainty. We were having major difficulties both with our carrier and with airport personnel. Unknown to us at the time, Jennifer had been diligently working on our behalf during that day to get us an alternate flight to Houston. We were able to contact her from our 'stay-over' hotel in Toronto. To help alleviate the next morning's airport congestion, she faxed boarding passes to us for a flight to Houston. To put this simply, Jennifer was "with us all the way".

Jennifer has sent me on various vacations, all of which suited my budget, and personal interests. She has sent me on over 5 vacations over the past 3 years, be it National or International, her prices are always competitive and the best we can find. Also, I have been travelling for 10 years, now yearly, to a southern destination for spring break and she is the only travel agent ,over the years, that has checked up on our trip within days of our return. It is from this interest, and her knowledge of her clients wishes, and the places she sends them, that makes for an unforgetable relaxing vacation. One time I was so relaxed I completely forgot what day it was, when this happens you know your relaxed and in very good hands. It makes for a true holiday experience. I have turned many friends and family members to her business from our great experiences over the past three years, and I look forward to booking more trips through her at TPI in the future.

Jennifer is a “fantastic” travel agent! I have booked several trips with her and she is always efficient and pleasant and follows up after every trip to make sure everything went okay. Last March my cruise was cancelled due to bad weather and Jennifer looked after everything and was able to book the cruise for me a couple weeks later at a better price! In September, 2008, I booked a trip for five to Disney World. I was satisfied with the initial arrangements, however, a better package was offered by Disney and Jennifer, through a lot of hard work, saved me $1,555.00 and my trip is now in Canadian dollars. Jennifer is very dedicated to finding the “best deal” for her customers and I for one appreciate it very much!
