Silversea Cruises has named the celebrity chef hosts of Culinary Arts voyages in the coming months. These theme cruises showcase the chefs of top dining establishments around the world, including the chefs of Relais & Châteaux, the international association of properties and restaurants.

“World of Relais & Châteaux” - Guest chefs include Jonathan Cartwright, White Barn Inn, Kennebunkport, Maine; Anne Desjardins, L’Eau à La Bouche in Ste-Adèle, Québec; Jacques Thorel, Auberge Bretonne in La Roche-Bernard, France; Mathew Macartney, Chateau Yering in Melbourne, Australia; and Jimmy McIntyr, Otahuna Lodge in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Anton Mosimann - Considered by many to be the world’s first super-chef, Anton Mosimann’s eponymous restaurant in London has catered to world leaders and royalty. Mosimann, a Swiss national who received the “Order of the British Empire” for his contribution to England's culinary industry.

George Francisco - Executive chef of Jonah’s, a Relais & Châteaux property overlooking Whale Beach in New South Wales.
Oct 4 - Silver Whisper - New York to New York Luke Matthews - At Chewton Glen, a Relais & Châteaux hotel and restaurant in Hampshire, England, Luke Matthews started his career cooking alongside Michelin-star head chef Pierre Chevillard.
Eight additional Culinary Arts voyages, with hosting chefs yet to be named, are scheduled this year. They are:

- Aug. 1 to 11, Silver Wind, Lisbon to Monte Carlo
- Sept. 1 to 11, Silver Cloud, Northern Europe from Reykjavik to London
- Sept. 12 to 29, Silver Shadow, transoceanic voyage from Vancouver to Tokyo
- Sept. 30 to Oct. 10, Silver Wind, from Barcelona to Rome
- Oct. 14 to 24, Silver Whisper, Caribbean voyage from New York to Barbados
- Nov. 2 to 17, Silver Cloud, transoceanic voyage from Barcelona to Barbados
- Dec. 21 to Jan. 4, Silver Shadow, from Sydney to Auckland
Additionally, a Wine Series voyage will be hosted by Maggie Harrison, co-owner of Antica Terra Winery in Oregon, aboard Silver Spirit’s Dec. 2 to 11 Caribbean voyage from Fort Lauderdale to Barbados.
