Being a Certified Travel Counsellor or Certified Travel Manager means I have gone the extra distance by acquiring one of the top travel industry designations in Canada, CTC or CTM.

I have proven experience in the travel industry, expertise in travel counselling , and have passed the requirements for the certification program, based on nationally recognized standards for the occupation of travel counsellor. I am continually educating myself by keeping up to date with supplier and industry changes, attending seminars and workshops, and traveling to new destinations. 
 
I became a CTC because I wanted to set my self and my travel agency apart from discount travel agencies and webistes and to be continually working at building the life-long relationship with my clients. I am currently working towards becoming a Certified Travel Manager.
